To wash or not to wash? That is the question – so here’s the answer!

• For a scalp lightening, do NOT wash day-of! Please wash a day before as sebum (natural hair oils) act as a gentle buffer for the lightener!

• All other color services - please arrive with clean (no more than a day unwashed) hair
